About Dr Andrew Johnson

Dr. Andrew Johnson is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience serving on multiple boards as a Director and Audit and Risk Committee member. As a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Dr. Johnson has consistently demonstrated his commitment to excellence in financial management and governance.

Holding both an MBA and a PhD in Economics, Dr. Johnson has been recognized with numerous industry awards for his contributions to the finance and local government sectors. He is a frequent presenter at state, national, and international conferences, focusing on financial management, governance, and economic development.

Dr. Johnson’s impact on the finance sector is significant, having served as State President of CPA Australia and as Chair of the NE/NW Branch. His exceptional service has been acknowledged by the NSW and SA divisions of CPA Australia, where he received the President’s Awards. In addition, he has contributed to the National Public Sector Centre of Excellence.

Active in community service, Dr. Johnson is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Morialta and holds several leadership roles at the District level. His passion for improving community lifestyle and opportunities extends to his involvement with international projects. Furthermore, he is a proud member of the Port Adelaide Football Club and the Adelaide Thunderbirds.
